What's the talk about?
There seems to be a bias in skepticism towards the scientific method. However, humanities such as law and history also routinely require its practitioners to assess evidence. In this talk, David will explain useful approaches to evidence other than that posited by the scientific method.
David Allen Green, also known as "Jack of Kent", is the legal blogger shortlisted for the Orwell Prize and a major voice in high-profile cases such as the BCA suing Simon Singh, the "StupidScientology" case with John Dixon, and the "Twitter Joke Trial" with Paul Chambers.
David is a lawyer and journalist. He is the founder of of Westminster Skeptics.
